Roof Boyz - Poor Service

I thought it should be prudent to write this review to warn other individuals from using the services of Roof Boyz #roofboyz. I got a quote and proposal from Louis to fix my slate roof and gutters - His team came and attended to the matter very promptly and did the job in the allocated project timeline. However, what I consider the most important element in any service delivery is after service. There has been repeated leaks on one section of the roof and some of the gutters is not draining the rain water. Louis and team came twice and attended without much resolvement. After the few initial visits calls and messages to him with respect to the severity there has been no response from his end.....to the degree that none of my calls were answered until I decided to dial him from a different number to which he answered.

My viewpoint is - When someone provides ANY service then it should be provided in its entirety upto and including the last mile especially when it comes to communication - Dont just ignore calls and stay below the radar!

This has definitely become an unpleasant experience.
