Shocking service even before any quote has been given

Spoke to the secretary and she was very helpful and explained that if I send photos and measurements via email Joey would get back to me regarding a quote. I phoned and spoke to Joey after a few days and he said he hadn't seen rhe email but look at it that day. It's been 6 days and no feedback. I phoned again and Joey was not in. If this is the way they conduct business during a recession then I am shocked. The service level in Cape Town is far below average but still you hear how quiet the industry is. 🤔
