Roof Surgeon can’t get roof leak repaired

Had damages to roof due to storm I was paid out by insurance got roof surgeon to come in and do the works, I have had continues leaks on the roof on one section and they have been back and forth trying to resolve but to no end to the problem, leaks are now damaging ceiling Can I get this resolved once and for all????
