Terrible service from Roof Rats

I have had a very terrible experience from Roof Rats. After repairs that they carried out, we now have a leak and the insulation that they placed has started rotting. The ceiling is also getting mold which is starting to impact on my family's health. The company representative has been ignoring my calls and mail. We were told that they would check their schedule and come back to us, it has been a month and there is still no response from her.
