Roof rats is a ****
It seems this company is a ****. they promise that they will stop rats and birds from entering your roof but instead charge you for a job they don't carry out. I currently have more rats in my ceiling than I ever had, there is no mesh where they said they apparently installed it. My ceiling is leaking which was fine before they did their so called cleaning and removed my roof tiles and replaced them with old ones (that I luckily had) because the staff kept breaking my roof tiles. The owner doesn't bother responding to emails or phone calls or even messages, only the supervisor has the decency to respond but then doesn't follow on promises made. I have been ****med out of R8000 with rats still running amok in my roof and a leaking house and loose fascia boards. I will now have to pay extra to sort the rat problem and fix my home. please be careful of this company
I take great exception as to being called a "****". The rats had actually gnawed a new access route through some wooden tongue-in-groove cladding on the side of a wall. This was attended to, and the problem was fixed. This client lives next to open veld, and very rocky open areas - so rats here in the garden, and outside the house are going to be an ongoing issue!
