Not recommended
After being assured from Janice that Roof rats could service our roof and replace broken tiles. Unfortunately the staff did nothing as requested. This company definitely does not do what they say they could do and would definitely not recommend them.

13 Apr 2023, 10:13We replaced 15 roof tiles as requested, we cleaned and sanitised the roof space as requested - the job card indicates we removed 20 bags of ******* from the roof space. This was for your property in Morningside. In addition we did a small bit of waterproofing which we did for no charge? This "review" is the first contact you have made with us since November 2022 - we guarantee our work - so we fail to understand why you did not contact us directly with whatever issues there are?
