In October 2013 we engaged with Roof Rats to seal off the holes in our roof.They arrived and by the afternoon we heard the rats all over again.We then received numerous visits from them in almost every month thereafter with two or the jobs being supervised by Diederik.None of their visits where fruitful as they were not able to seal off all the holes in the roof and continuously found more holes that had not been sealed off by them.On every occasion that they came through they continuously found flaws in the work that was performed by the previous Roof Rats team.The team even found flaws in the work done by Diederik.We refused to make payment as the situation was getting out of hand.We were not guaranteed when this work would be completed by or if ever. They even insisted that we pay for vacuuming and sanitizers when they themselves found more rat droppings in the roof.Diederik is an arrogant man who together with his team are unable to pick up the phone to communicate with customers. Communication is only received when he insists on getting payment or when a strict timeline by when a response is required is given to them. He will not complete this job for us until he gets money
