After 5 call outs I still have rats in my garage ceiling.

With the first visit the team did not have the correct tools to remove the IBR plates so they use my 10mm socket drive which they stripped and luckily replaced. Then the call outs started which vary between rats on main house ceiling, rats on garage ceiling, unacceptable fit back of the IBR sheets and inadequate rat proofing.

When bought under the attention of management, the owner wont even apologize for the weak quality of work, and I'm still waiting on his response on my mail of 31 May 2017

When I ask what the plan of action will be to get rid of the rats they said with the next call out they will use cement and poison, thus, what management is saying and what actually happen is totally different.

After the last call out, I confirmed by mail what was done on site, I invite them for a follow up inspection. They ignored my mail (mail send on 9 August 2017)!!

I would suggest if you have a rat problem, try to solve it yourself or get someone else, with roofrats you will have to manage the site team also with a high probability that the installation will be unsuccessful.
