Horrible first impression
Very upset about Roof Rats. I ended up with more ceiling damage after they came to look at the water damage on the ceiling. The guy poked a hole in my ceiling!! He also asked me if I wanted a 60% job or a 100% job. That's just not acceptable. I will not accept the quote no matter what the price is.
