Worst customer service and workmanship

13 March we sent an email to your organization re previous work done by Roof Proof Restoration that you needed to come and fix as it is still under warranty. To date we have not had a single call back despite all the promises. I have spoken to Johan, Kevin and Louden and have still had no call back nor appointment confirmation. It is now 3 weeks later, how is this customer service? Do I need to go the legal route?
