Roof Proof- Bad quality, bad service, no feedback or response.

Initial service was good - came out on short notice and sealed a leaky roof (quite a large project which was an expensive exercise) . However when we had a massive rainstorm in March, it leaked again - I contacted them as we had a guarantee certificate for 3 years. They did not respond - I assumed it was Lock-down issues. After Lock down, I tried to contact them again. They do not answer emails, do not answer office phones. When I finally got hold of someone on a mobile they said they would send someone on Monday. I arranged to have someone to open for them and have access -NO SHOW. Now they are ignoring my calls. I would appreciate ANY feedback, even if they could not make an appointment. At this stage it seems they are just not honoring their commitments. And I basically paid for nothing because our original problem is not resolved.
