No after sale service

Roof-It fitted a new roof and a gutter last year. The \Fall"of the gutter is wrong and when raining all the water is flooding my Patio. Ansie was informed last year and up to now nothing has been done to repair. I phone'd again last week and Requested Ansie to transfer my call to Johan van Zyl the owner but Ansie could not as he was busy. After this call Ansie did send someone out to have a look and I was told it would be fixed by Thursday 21st latest 22nd February but I am still nothing has been done. They did not even phone to fix a date for the repair so I can ensure someone is at home."""
