Horrible client service

On the 3 February 2015 the company Roof It was assign to perform maintenance by the body corporate of Oak Leigh Manor. As i am currently a tenant in the complex my property was undergoing maintenance, i was approached by one of the employee to supply them with an available plug point to use their electrical equipment. Unfortunately the closest plug point was in my garage which my freezer plugged in. I was kind enough to remove my freezer plug as they required in for a short periods of time and asked them to please put it back when they are done. I had left for the week and returned to find all the contains of my freezer had gone off. I then contained the landlord and rental agency. which both said they can not assist me as it was not their fault and that they will refer it to the company who performed the maintenance. i had been in contact with the company and have been only receiving excuses. They asked for visual evidence which i supp**** as the goods lost were to the value of R1200 I believe this was not my fault and the company should be liable for the damages and all I want is to be reimbursed for the goods I lost..
