RR Roof Waterproofing lack of service and workmanship

RR Roof Waterproofing came across very professionally during the site inspection and work. However, roof has been leaking for over a year and despite their claim of a 5-year warrantee, they do not respond to calls, do not return message and the owner refuses to make contact with clients. His foreman has been to site several times, but is unable to resolve the issue. Appointments are made and then cancelled on the day without just cause. I would strongly advise against using RR Roof Waterproofing, do not be fooled by their charismatic approach. This is a very poor supplier!
