Horrible experience

I had a horrible experience, my friends surprised us for our wedding anniversary. The water view used on the internet is outdated the water was very dirty filled with algae.

The buffet was limited with only fee choice of food to choose from and only one type of dessert. Stuff took forever to attend to us, truly a night to forget. Even when we reported our dissatisfaction to stuff they never took us serious. Very bad experience on the day that was meant to be a special day.
