Very unprofessional, rude and unhelpful

I emailed Roodepoort Record to ask for assistance on an advert I placed a while back. The response from the editor-in-chief was rude and abrupt, to say the least. Offering no assistance and flat out said she cannot help me. While I understand her reasons, she could have been polite and or apologetic in her responses to me. I am amazed that for a community newspaper, they can allow such a rude and unhelpful individual to work there. If I could give zero stars I would.
