No Actual reading in 4 Months- Estimated readings

My Electricity ready was done incorrectly and the wrong reading entered onto the accounts (should be 46812 entered as 49812) Every month since an estimated reading is on my account. Even though I call the reading in every month, send photos of the meter and have e-mailed the readings every month on advise from, thembi, Palesa & Cleodine. the readings have never appeared on my account. Every month I pay what I used to pay, and now I have been threatened that they will cut my electricity. My reading today is 49389, Still not even near the reading 4 months ago. <br> <br> Why can no one assist? this after 28 phone calls and holding on for various departments ?
