Accountability - non existent in Municipalities.

What a disgrace to actually call this a Municipality. Nobody wants to take responsibility for any specific job. One Chris said it is not his job to get the relevant people to come and clean a veld in Florida where they are dumping *******ly. If it is not his job and he cannot refer me to or put me through to the relevant person dealing with the clearing of the area there surely they do not serve any purpose at the Municipality and should rather be fired.
