We visited the dam on Saturday 3 Oct. Not one of the braai's had a grid. We went back to the gate to talk to a Manager. Sweetness was rude from the start saying that there will be NO refund when my girlfriend mentioned that if there was no grids and it was not advertised that patrons should bring their own then we <br> can't stay as we came to have a braai. She said that the grids was taken away because people ***** them. Should that not be mentioned at the gate and have people that will need one pay a deposit and given a grid? When asked what time the shop opens she was once again rude saying that it's under construction and will open next week, another thing patrons are not told before they enter the gate. According to Sweetness Roodeplaat is Government owned and there are no real upkeep and that she's not to be blamed as she is still a new Manager. It's NOT professional for a Manager to make all kinds of excuses and blame whoever she can instead of just saying \sorry for the inconvenience
