Due to negligence we lost our healthy dog

Absolutely disgraceful service. Apart from the receptionists, the rest of the staff showed a complete lack of care or compassion. I brought in my perfectly healthy 3-year-old dog for a routine neutering procedure—she had just been cleared by this same clinic a week earlier.

During the operation, complications occurred, but no one informed us. Without our knowledge or consent, they proceeded with a second procedure, again without explaining the situation or giving us a chance to make decisions about her care.

This negligence and lack of communication ultimately led to the tragic and unnecessary death of our beloved dog. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone who truly cares about their animals.
