worst experience ever

How do i start??<br> <br> well i saw a spesial on my e-mail about Roodevalei lodge stating they have a valentine spesial R1700 for a moonlite picknick and this include staying over with candelight turn down service and a live band for the night. i also requested a spesial platter in my room @ R400 extra. i got plain fruit and 2 cupcakes. the picknick basket was preperd the morning so the food was cold and not fresh it looked old and expired. the breakfast was so bad nothing was fresh no juice no fruit the staff was unfriendly and useless i had to ask for toast and jam 6 times. my husband and i was so sick from the food we had a horribel time and will never go back. i complaind to a manager calld Davie but he just shruged and said he will look into it. the joke is i wasnt the first guest to complain. we were a few but it seems that they just dont care about there guests, but pay before you use but sorry no refund if you get sick or if the food is off or bad. pls do not go to this place it will make u sick litteraly even the dam was dirty and smelly
