WHAT A LET DOWN

<p>During the December holidays we booked in at Ronwill Holiday Resort. If you look at their website it is a beautiful, exotic place. O MY WORD. What a let down.</p> <p>1) The ablution facilities at the swimming pool is NOT in working order at ALL.</p> <p>2) If you want to make use of the bathroom you have to walk al the way back to your chalet or caravan</p> <p>3) There is NO working children's pool and slide, it is broken.</p> <p>4) If you want to braai outside your chalet, you better do it during the day as there are no lights outside. </p> <p>5) The whole place is delapitated and does not represent the images on their website.</p> <p>6) There is an amazing indoor pool, set amongst rocks, like an old Egyptian hot bath, but yes you guessed it, it is not operational.</p> <p>We went home 1 day earlier due to me falling ill, as I have a chronic illness, we asked for a refund, and the reply was NO, it is peak season.</p> <p>I will NEVER GO there again and will tell EVERYDOBY about the poor state the resort is in.</p>
