ROAD ACCIDENT VICTIM TWICE

I am writing this complaint as a result of the service I am receiving from this firm of attorneys with regards to the RAF Claim. It has since came to my knowledge and attention that these offices have not been fully honest with me on this matter in that:- 1. This claim was settled in 2020 (full and final settlement) 2. A full and final payment was made by the RAF to you on the 29/03/2020. 3. The total amount paid was R 394 776.72 (Future loss of earnings was R 124 776.72 and General Damages R 270 000.00) However, since that time they have decided on their own not to pay to me what is due in full. They instead paid me in instalments under the pretends that the RAF is paying in instalments. I have been keeping records of all the payments that I have been receiving from them. When I calculated all those payments, they come to a total amount not exceeding R 127 000.00. In the last correspondence that I received from their office this year, they advised me that they are waiting for the costs to be settled ,which I believe was deceiving because those costs have nothing to do with the costs I have to pay them. The costs that are due to them are up to 25% of the total settlement of the claim.

I therefore wrote and requested them to pay to me the total amount that is due to me that is calculated as follows: - R394 776 ,72 (total amount paid by RAF) -R 98 694,18 (25% contingency) -R 127 000.00 (amount already paid in instalments) =R 169 082 .54 (due to me) These attorneys are so arrogant they didn't even acknowledge receipt of my correspondences Regards Abel Sello Mokoena ***
