Unacceptable customer service from Ronnie's Body-shop East London Eastern Cape
I wouldn't advice anyone to buy a FIAT or an import from Ronnie's Motors dealership because I feel bad for having their car. The dealer has a good selling & presentation s****s but their recommended body-shop (Ronnie's Motors Body-shop in East London, Eastern Cape) has the lowest standard of service. They don't have a sense of urgency on customer side, lack of proper communication, no customer care and never had parts on site or South Africa, all their parts ordered overseas and takes 3 to 4 weeks to get them. No courtesy car whiles waiting as it their fault. My car FIAT TIPO has been with them for the last 6 weeks and to get knowledge of what's happening I must phone or email them then everyone will reply. Now I'm being told they are waiting for fender liner and will take 2 or 3 weeks to arrive even then I had to call them to know. Still they can't offer me any car to use for work. Last year I had to wait for 3 months because there were no parts available and they receive wrong parts also. No family of mine or friends recommended to buy FIAT or imports from them. My colleague sold his FIAT "as is" for R14 000 because his tired of all stories about parts availability when it comes to fixing the car.
