Ronnies Motors - NEVER AGAIN

We bought a brand new Fiat 500 Cabriolet in October 2017 and still there are no payments coming off, i have had to send paperwork 4 times via mail from CT to East-london with the licence disc that only arrived in Feb 2018, a car that was delivered with marks to the inside material, keys that was not delivered to Cape Town with the car.... mail apon mail, call after call to organise to get the keys down to capetown, later on communications with senior management only to find that even they dont get back to you if you dont phone them.... finally We said they must take the car back as the whole experience of the last 5 months was terrible only to get a mail that they will now charge us a usage fee on the car!!!! Terrible salesmen and even worse management...
