Pathetic service from Ronnies Motors East London

<p>In July 2016, my car could start but gears were locked. I towed my vehicle to Ronnies and I paid +- R6700 to fix, they had to replace a fuse and I got my car back beginning of August 2016. In November, my card has the same problem and was told that the whole control unit need to be replaced and was to pay +-R19000.00. I asked why because to me it is a return job and sacarstically the gentleman who was called by the unfriendly Advisor told me they don't have control over parts, they can become faulty anytime. I towed my vehicle to another place that look at Mercedes Benz vehicle, they discovered that the fuse is faulty and was fixed with alomst the same amount that I was charged by Ronnies when they said they replaced the fuse in August. So my vehicle was fixed by less than R13000 of what was charged by Ronnies. I sent an email to them, nobody bothered to respond to me, I really if they really replaced the fuse, and wondering why they gave me a wrong diagnosis</p>
