Pathetic service and *********** staff

<p>I have purchased and old Mercedes with low mileage, on two occasions I have bought parts, twice the incompetence has cost me additional funds and endless running around. Was quoted about a thousand rand more than another dealer to install a part to retain warranties on it. Was told I got a discount on a part due to the incorrect supply the first time. Well, same part at another dealer, far cheaper than the part purchased at Ronnies ripoffs. Won't touch Mercedes again. Thank goodness I have not bought a recent model.</p>
