Mercedes Benz dealer East London & Umthatha

My ordeal started on the 12th of Dec '14 when I got a break down in Mthatha in my Vito, towed it 2 Ronnies Motors a Mercedes dealer there, they sent me a quote of R28000 of which I paid half before they started working on it, a month later they called me en said the car was ready, took a flight from JHB 2 mthatha 2 fetch it, got a break down after driving about 150km with the same problem, they towed it back to Ronnies, a week later they called me as I had proceeded to East london, 2 say the car was fine, drove again about 250km and got a break down again with the same. Had a meeting with dealer principal in Ronnies in E.London, because they didn't want to give a loan car, all the guy had to say was to make me feel sorry drive an older spec of a Vito, how much of a bad idea it is to keep it when they older. Now that is after sales of Mercedes, instead of them admitting they can't fix the car, they criticize their product, no faith at all in their product. Very hypocritical, sell u a product and advise you that it's not a good idea to keep it. Till this day my car is still standing in their workshop, they can't fix it
