Excellent Customer Service

We were reffered to Ronnies motors because our Honda Jazz needed transmission fluid and can only take a certain type of fluid so upon arrival there, we were greeted by Christian Griesel and assisted by him ,he couldnt provide us with this oil but he continued to assist us by looking for a close comparison for this oil and he even accompanied us to a supplier that specialises in gas,oils etc. who also could not help us but then Christian went out of his way to order the transmission oil we need and even stayed until 19:00 waiting for the delivery!!!! Now that is caring! and Great customer service ,this man needs a bonus!!! :)
