Bad service -Ronnies Motors

<p>I took my car for a service at Ronnie's Motors East London Mercedes Benz yet a few days later I started to notice an oil leak underneath the car. I then took it back to them only for them to tell me that the oil was not thoroughly cleaned after the service. They then advised that the oil has been cleaned. Thereafter, I drove the car for about 60km's and found myself stuck on the side of the road. I therefore had to pay for a tow-truck to collect the car and take it back to East London. They then gave me an old courtesy car which was not comfortable at all. Thereafter, they gave me a GLA which is not even compatible with my car and neither comfortable. I left them with my car for a full week and a half and today (17 October) they advised that they discovered another oil leak when they test drove the car, mind you, last week they said the car is ready.</p> <p>I honestly expected more. To expand on my distaste of the service I explained to the workshop manager that I suspected that the oil leak was coming from the gearbox yet he told me that this was incorrect and that the leak was coming from the engine, only to find that it was leaking on the gearbox, this information was told to me on the 17th of October, today.</p> <p>I am tired of this up and down. I just want my car now, fully fixed and in the condition which is highly acceptable. I have been more than patient.</p> <p> </p>
