We have been cheated!!!! SHOCKING service!!!!

Our school has been sitting with TWO over flowing recycling bins for over 4 months now? They were full long before the competition date. We have heard nothing about the competition or our paper.<br> We have been promised MANY times that the paper will be collected, yet the bins are STILL full and over flowing.<br> Every time we call for collection we are asked if WE have booked a collection. REALLY????<br> This is the most TERRIBLE service I have EVER received from such a well know institution. If this is how you do business with enthusiastic customers, I am terrified to see how you deal with the rest.<br> Please sort this out ASAP!!!!
