Bad Products and Deception

<p>I contacted the salon for a Brazilian Blow Wave to straighten my hair. They confirmed that they offer that service and I made an appointment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Only after the treatment was started, I noticed that they are not using the real product. I queried the effectiveness of this product and was assured that my hair will have no frizz and will be straight when heat is app**** (which is actually what we are trying to avoid...more heat). I was also told to use sulfate free products and had to use their range. Only to find that their product range contained sodium laureth sulfate.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted them numerous times and the refuse to resolve the matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never use them again...very unsatisfied.</p>
