White Shoe Dresser

I ordered a white shoe dresser that is made per order from an advert placed on a local community page in Facebook. When the cupboard arrived on the back of a bakkie with no labour to offload (after paying for delivery) I had to help get it off the bakkie with a neighbour. I was exhausted and sent the woman( her child and an old man) on their way. After ten minutes I tried to call her to tell her to come and collect the cupboard as it looked nothing like the cupboard advertised and after investigating realised that the workmanship was so poor that the bottom drawer wouldn't open and that there is a huge gap between the first drawer and the cupboard edge. When I open the drawers, there is nothing holding them in place and they fall out. The cupboard weighs around 80kg and the drawers are really heavy. <br> She refuses to answer her calls and messages. I want my money return and this cupboard collected.
