Disgusted at Rondevlei Medical Dentist

I just got back from the dentist in Rondevlei Medical Dental / Dental & Orthodontic Clinic.

I was schedule a booking for 10h30 today (Tuesday 15 December 2020). Before I left to the dentist I got a call saying that they booked me earlier for 10h00 due to a cancellation which they only informed on the Tuesday. Once I got to the dentist I was told by the assistant taking the appointments that “the dentist” had to go out for an emergency. My booking for the dentist was made Friday (11 December 2020) already.

This is unacceptable to a phone a patient tell her / him to come in earlier and then the dentist is not there at all. I am so angry at this Rondevlei dentist because on Friday I had to wait to the dentist to get to her practice. Why must a patient wait on their dentist? Is t the dentist suppose to be there waiting on her/ his patients? And why do they keep changing dentists around ?

I would like the medical board to look into this dentist please.

Please take further actions here because it is unprofessional for a medical dentist to treat their patients like this.
