The greedy Rondekeul accomodation !

We booked accomodation in Rondekeul Durbanville 8 months in advance from Germany for 5 persons and paid a deposit. After a day we found out that Rondekeul was 14 km outside Durbanville. The advert said Rondekeul Durbanville. As two of our members had a medical condition they had to stay in Durbanville in the vicinity of a doctors praxis. We canceled immediately and expected to have our deposit back. However our request was denied and we where accused of money laundering, as we asked to have the deposit paid in to a bank account of a friend in Durbanville. So we lost some Rand 3000.00 to a greedy Rondekuil accomodation. We have now booked to a place in the centre of Durbanville, next to a clinic and looking forward to our holiday on the 12 of April 2020.
