Utterly ***********!!

I visited the branch on Thursday morning between 12am-1am. I was the only patient in the casualty Trauma,ER unit. Yet I had to wait long, as if there were other patients to attend to. Only to find out that the X-ray guy was sleeping. Seriously?!!

Not to mention that after telling them that pain ****ers do not work on me, only injections do. They then still gave me 2 pain ****ers which did not help at all, as it had no effect. No injection for pain. And a prescription (as per RMC policy) for weak meds.

I am extremely disgusted by the manner in which my case was handled. Although I have great respect for the nurses that helped me. And appreciate their time & effort.
