What a HORRID experience! Lack of bedside manner post op, with staff that kept referring to myself and other patients as “that one”, quite literally while giving the most condescending treatment. No post-op care- I can’t even begin to describe how much their lack of concern is a hygiene risk and health issue. The fact that post op, in the morning, to the following morning I did not even get more than a SANDWICH- and had to practically BEG for water. The mention of tea merely gave the food runner a reason to have a tantrum and I was told it was a free FAVOUR. Honestly- even if you’re close to death, rather accept fate than go to RMC- death will have better care.
