Rondebosch medical centre

On 15th of July my mother was discharged from Rondebosch medical centre .On my arrival at home I saw the needle to her IV drip was still in her arm .I was about to undress her when she cringed in pain because of the needle hurting her arm .And to my further dismay when I took off her dress nightie I discovered she had no underwear on ! MY mum suffers from Alzheimer's and I made the s doctors and staff aware of this on countless occasions .So I dress her because she does forget to dress her properly .It is sad that those who are responsible for caring for those in need neglect their duties and responsibilities while the management and I refer to MR Lynn Moonsamy ,hospital manager,neglect to follow up and correct .He committed to responding within two days to my complaint via email .It is now several days later and nothing wow.My mom is 72 years old and because of this covid protocol at hospitals we can't visit our loved ones,so we placed her in their care ,assuming that she will get the due care required ,while keeping us informed on her progress.I believe they have no discharge check list or complaint follow up procedure .I think Rondebosch Medical clinic is now a hospital I do want to.refer anyone to .
