Rondabosch medical Centre sh......t

My dad was admitted in May 16th on day one and two we were allowed to take our son of 4 up with us to the waiting area. Know he can go in to the ward. But on the third day we were told that he can't go up to the waiting area. We were told he must stay down stairs. They say the kids make a noise. That I can understand but the waiting area if full of Adult people that are all talking at once and we know how that can sound. So please explain what the difference is and how I can leave my son of 4 down stairs. Even my dad's experience that Rondabosch medical Centre is a bad one the staff not even friendly. You speak to the doctor the can't even give you a proper answer Rondabosch medical Centre is a sh........t hospital.
