Poor service

I was on the 4th of August 2020 at Rondebosch Medical Centre. The weather conditions were very bad. I was chased out of the hospital to stand in the rain. I went to take my daughter to Dr. Dingiswayo for a scan.

I was told that I could not wait at the waiting area untill the rain stop and must walk around the building to the car park. It is however very dangerous as there is no pedestrian walkway.

By the time I got to my car I was soaken wet.

I am extreamly disspointed with the staff of the Medical Centre by the way I was treated by the Hospital.
