I think it is of great importance that I share my unhappy experience at the Link Pharmacy in Ronderbosch medical centre which is owned by Riaad Moosa.

I just came out of an Doctors appojnment and had to pick my script at the pharmacy besides the fact that the lady that served me was *********** , what really got to me was that a pattient in the hospital who was no feeling a big better after a few days came to express her unhappiness with one of the staff members at the Link Pharmacy. she said to the lady that her arms and part of her hands were bandaged up due to the procedure and underwent and she was struggling to open the door to the pharmacy. the lady that was sitting where the till is burst out laughing and instead of rushing to help the lady she say laughing finding it the most funniest thing in earth. I mean come on you are working in a hospital atleat have some moral respect for people, show some form of sympath for people. what has happend to our society that people think it's okay to outright laugh and someone who is clearly unable to help themselves. shame in you and shame on your response after hearing the poor pattience complaint. when she heard what the lady had to say she responded to get collegues very mildly: " I laugh at everyone". to me this is disgusting and there should be repucitions for someone with such a bad attitude, firstly it is not play to treat someone like that where is your humanity? did it ever occur to you that one day that could be you or a family member is friend? what gives you the right to have disrupted that ladies while recovery period? to my dismay the received of this complaint did not even nicely repremand her which therfore shows her lack of leadership being the one in charge during the time. I feel really sorry for you my dear that you are that ******** about life . I will never go to ronderbosch medical centre or recommend this hospital as it is a joke to be frank as I do not even want to touch on my experience at the doctors office. .. ronderbosch medical centre is overpriced filthy and the staff that work there are ***********. I never really complain but I think it's time that we as south Africans stop avoiding situations because we are afraid if what others might say
