I WOULD HONESTLY NEVER MAKE USE OF YOUR HOSPITAL EVER AGAIN!

My son was in hospital at Rondebosch medical centre in December, however their bills were paid in full. I went several times thereafter just for someone to stamp and sign a claim form but no one could assist me. I have been sent from pillar to post, also my vehicle was broken into and badly damaged in the process of visiting the hospital just to have these forms signed. I was then told to ask for Shuaib Davids and when i came there on the 24.05.2024 i was told he's in a meeting that would take up to 2 hours i advised the receptionist that all i need is a signature of someone that will be able to confirm that my son was in hospital in December. About 3 or 4 of them were sitting there saying they couldn't assist me. I then tried calling and emailing Shuaib Davids since the 24.05.2024 however up until today i have not received a response from him. On Monday the 24.05.2024 i calling the hospital about 4 or 5 times to ask for shuaib or the matrone on duty i was put through and the phone just rings thereafter i requested for the matron's email address amd i still haven't received a response. Their bill was paid in full now i have to struggle for a signature to claim my money back!
