BAD MANAGEMENT SERVICE

All facebook reviews are so bad especially during the COVID period and I am stressed that i must leave my kid in the hands of healthcare workers that don't keep the family updated, now to be told sorry you cannot accompany your child. RMC is the only hospital that insist on TWO test and management has already responded to to say that they want two negative covid test done, why must we put the child through this did you yourself have this test its uncomfortable and stressful. I don't want a call or feedback from Try or anyone on the management side I want people to see what type of hospital they dealing with, These doctors should move from there, my daughter op was supposed to be a Kingsbury how i regret changing to RMC terrible service during a stressful time
