Verbal abuse from Rondebosch Locksmiths

Locksmith replaced a barrel and lock on my security gate. 3 months later the new lock jammed. When I called to ask if there is a warranty etc, locksmith became aggressive, shouted and put the phone down on me. Called back a few days later hoping to get to speak to someone else - unfortunately he answered and was verbally abusive again. Pretty unstable guy. Don’t use them.
