RONDEBOSCH LOCKSMITHS Number Plate issue

I went to this establishment to obtain number plates for my car. The guy who helped me persuaded me to allow him to attach them to my car so that "they won't fall off" (at an extra fee of R100)! He didn't show me the plates and stupidly I didn't check them. I drove and parked my car in the garage. My wife has just got I told me one plate is missing and the other one is loose! I phoned Julio ( the owner I guess) who advertises a 24 mobile service. He said they were closed and did not offer to sort the problem out. So now I have no front plate and I need to fetch people from the airport. What a poor outcome for a pretty simple thing - a set of number plates!
