Appalling service from Rondebosch Locksmiths

Rondebosch locksmiths were called out to replace 2 slam lock gates with faulty locks. I had to call them back as both locks remained faulty despite being ‘newly replaced’. I had to call them a third time as one of the two locks replaced remained faulty. On all occasions they did not arrive at the agreed time. I had to phone to find out when they would be arriving. Once again I was told today they would be there at 10am and I arranged for someone to be at my house. Needless to say they did not arrive.
