Disgusted by the ****ers Dr Aleker/Rahim

What a terrible Health and Wellness Centre. * so many locums present at this practice - you never see the doctors who's name on the practice. * the receptionist Bronwyn Hector is so unprofessional -always talking about her private life(dating life/divorce etc) whilst we are in waiting area * when you call to query claims/information requested by medical insurance -why it was not sent - she then says we did send it * then you speak to locum and he confirms no such a thing was sent or even tested for * today she logged a claim 'repeat visit' reason its supposedly a cancellation fee because i called on the day to cancel what ******** is that * the Fee charged because she did NOT state/claim for a cancellation = R350.00 * i asked her where i can find their policies and procedures - as i am unable to find them online - the website is not ready yet!!

I want my money back - Dr Aleker/Rahim to send the medical insurance the instruction to cancel the claim!!!!!!
