Waiting for a response for 3 weeks

I wanted to rent a house in Elspark from the owner it was agreeded apon after I told the owner that I was blacklisted and he would just let the agent know and then he must do the paper work cantacted Mr Ron Harris who was appointed the agent signed the contract and then he pulled a itc and suggested to the owner that he must not rent the house to me. I spoke to both of them and Mr Harris agreed that if I get him a letter from the landlord that I am renting from now he would re think it I did send him the letter abot 3 weeks ago and send him a whatsapp earlier this week about having a response and the answer was just ok still waiting for a answer and ok is not a answer for me. Pleas help
