Fantastic after-sales service

I bought headphones from them last year, they arrived very quickly at a great price at the time which I was happy about, though later started giving issues. Nikita from accounts at Romtech was very quick, helpful and efficient in resolving my warranty issue and dealing with their suppliers (who didn't test the headphones properly the first time; though that's not Romtech's fault). Romtech did their best to ensure my issue was resolved as quickly as possible (and arranged all the couriering) and I now have a new replacement pair of headphones :)
