ROMANZA BOAT TRIPS - Worst service EVER

We booked a trip on the Romonza for a whale watching tour. The booking as well as our payment was swiftly accepted and we excitedly prepared for the trip. After a 5 hour drive and, whilst following instructions from Romonza Boat trips to arrive early, we did exactly that. The boat never arrived and after we waited for another hour as per their directions, we made contact only to be told that the trip was canceled. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude and unacommodating to us and promised that someone would be in contact with us shortly. We waited some more. No one called as promised and we made contact again. For the second time, we were met with exceptionally rude and unprofessional behavior and for the second time were told that someone would call us shortly. We have not been contacted nor refunded, despite our complaint and efforts to make contact from our side. I have never seen such unprofessional and horrible service (or lack there of) and the people at the Romonza Boat Trips cmpy completely ruined our last day on holiday, without so much as offering an apology or a refund of our payment, which was readily accepted. Absolutely shocking and we will never recommend them to anyone!!!!
